TQCC Chairman Long Jiuwen led a team to Qianjin Pharmaceutical for learning and exchange

On April 23, Long Jiuwen, Chairman of TQCC, led a team of 28 people from the company's management team to Qianjin Pharmaceutical for learning and exchange. Qianjin Pharmaceutical Chairman Jian Shun and other senior executives warmly received them. The two sides conducted pragmatic exchanges on core topics such as digital construction, business unit creation, and internal settlement systems, injecting new momentum into the mutual learning of cross-industry management experience.
Chairman Long Jiuwen and his party visited the Qianjin exhibition hall and learned about Qianjin Pharmaceutical's transformation from a traditional Chinese medicine company to a modern pharmaceutical group. They were particularly interested in Qianjin Pharmaceutical's digital transformation path with "data middle platform" as the core.
At the symposium, Mr. Jian Shun shared the results and practical experience of Qianjin Pharmaceutical's digital transformation. Cai Jian, general manager of the Digital Innovation Center, gave a speech entitled "Building a Data-Driven New Business Model" and introduced Qianjin's digital transformation and organizational change in detail from the aspects of digital transformation strategic planning, implementation path, core demands, and framework construction, providing positive reference value for TQCC to promote related work. Subsequently, the two sides had a comprehensive exchange on production management, procurement cost reduction, talent development, new product research and development, and management mechanisms.
TQCC is the leader in the equipment manufacturing segment, and Qianjin Pharmaceutical is the benchmark in the pharmaceutical industry. Both are local state-owned "brother enterprises" in Zhuzhou City. This exchange is not only a collision of management ideas, but also a microcosm of the strategic upgrade from "single-soldier combat" to "ecological synergy" in the future. We will take this visit and exchange as a starting point, and will continue to have in-depth exchanges in the future and work together for development.
