









HXME and Hikvision signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On August 6th, Hangzhou Huaxin Mechanical &Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "HXME") and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hikvision") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Hikvision headquarters. Huang Shengxiang, General Manager of HXME, along with senior management and technical personnel, and Chen Jiguo, Vice President and President of Hikvision's Zhejiang Business Center, led representatives from the Scene Digitalization Department, Manufacturing, and Transportation Business Units. The strategic cooperation agreement was signed on behalf of both parties by Shen Ce, Deputy General Manager of HXME, and Si Yubin, General Manager of the Scene Digitalization Department of Hikvision's Zhejiang Business Center.

Before signing the contract, the HXME team visited the Hikvision AIOT Innovation Hall and gained an in-depth understanding of Hikvision's achievements in cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data.
After the signing ceremony, the teams from both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on industrial automation, smart Internet of Things, and digital solutions for the port industry, and carried out specific discussions on the implementation plan of the R&D strategic agreement.
In his speech, Huang Shengxiang said that the two sides will seek breakthroughs in three major areas. First, they will integrate technological and operational advantages to promote the intelligent upgrade of the entire port chain and jointly create a new benchmark for smart ports; second, they will rely on IoT technology to enable unmanned operation and remote operation and maintenance of equipment, leading new changes in lifting and transportation; third, they will use AI and edge computing capabilities to accelerate the digital transformation of the production system and cultivate a new future for the intelligent manufacturing ecosystem.

In his speech, Chen Jiguo said that HXME's rich experience in industrial logistics handling automation and intelligent scenarios is highly complementary to Hikvision's intelligent IoT technology. The cooperation between the two parties will further enable the port industry to achieve high-quality development.
The signing of this strategic agreement marks a new phase in the cooperation between the two parties. Going forward, both parties will adhere to the principle of "joint research, co-creation, and sharing," continue to deepen their collaboration, and jointly contribute to the digital and intelligent transformation of ports and related industries.
