TQCC's "Research and Development of Key Technologies and Intelligent Equipment for High-Efficiency Production of Non-Ferrous Metal Continuous Casting" won the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award

Recently, the project "Research and Development of Key Technologies and Intelligent Equipment for High-Efficiency Production of Continuous Casting of Non-Ferrous Metals," jointly completed by Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TQCC) and Central South University, Lanzhou University of Technology , and Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, won the second prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award for 2024-2025. This provincial honor is a full affirmation of TQCC's continuous efforts and breakthroughs in the field of intelligent equipment, and a powerful testament to the company's efforts in deepening industry-university-research collaborative innovation and promoting high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.

TQCCs, in collaboration with multiple research institutes, has achieved a major breakthrough in the core manufacturing scenario of continuous production of non-ferrous metal ingots after years of technological research. The project focused on systematic research and development of key technologies such as quantitative precision casting, intelligent control of robotic slag removal operations, intelligent collaborative operations, and predictive maintenance. It successfully developed a robotic production line for non-ferrous metal casting with functions including real-time monitoring, remote adjustment of process parameters, and data analysis, significantly improving casting stability, quality reliability, and the level of production line intelligence. Currently, the relevant achievements have been implemented in several non-ferrous metal production enterprises in China, contributing to the construction of "leading factories" in the industry and providing solid support for enhancing the international competitiveness of my country's efficient non-ferrous metal casting production technology.
In the future, TQCC will continue to adhere to the "three-double" strategy, deepen cooperation with universities and research institutes, focus on the green, intelligent and robotic development of high-end equipment, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity, and help the industry move towards higher-quality development with more core technologies and benchmark projects.
