Recently, the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the first batch of advanced and applicable technologies list, and the "plate transfer and intelligent storage system" independently developed by ENE was successfully selected by virtue of its innovation and advanced nature, becoming one of the 19 selected technologies in the non-ferrous industry.
The selection work is organized by the General office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, for color, chemical, general machinery, light industry, electronics industries, with applicability as the core, with technology leading advantages, has mature application practice, can be quickly copied and promoted, in line with the coordinated development of economic and social technology. It aims to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, accelerate the promotion and application of advanced and applicable technologies, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading. The selection of "plate transfer and intelligent storage system" of ENE Company marks that the technology has been highly recognized in the industry, and will play an important role in promoting the intelligent upgrading of related industries.
The technology integrates advanced technologies such as automation equipment, Internet of Things technology and big data analysis, and realizes the unmanned operation and intelligent scheduling of the copper plate from the beginning of the anode plate casting process to the cathode copper warehouse. The system not only greatly improves production efficiency and reduces safety hazards, but also provides strong support for customer units to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase and green production. The technology is not only applicable to traditional fields such as copper smelting plants, electrolytic copper production lines, and non-ferrous metal warehouses, but also can be expanded to apply to many copper-related industries such as new energy, electronics, electrical and machinery manufacturing, which has broad market prospects and application value.
