Recently, HXME, a subsidiary of TQCC, successfully completed the entire process of manufacturing, assembly, shipment, and onshore hoisting for the Hong Kong Electric ship unloader project. The project was efficiently advanced thanks to stringent quality control and innovative transportation solutions, earning high praise from the client, HK Electric.
During project implementation, HXME strictly adhered to industry quality standards and project-specific requirements, collaborating with a professional supervision team to oversee and verify all aspects of the process, including component processing, assembly, and system debugging. From structural component assembly to system integration and testing, and finally to overall performance testing, every step was meticulously executed to ensure stable, safe, and reliable equipment operation.
The biggest highlight of this shipment was the customized "roll-on/roll-off shipping and whole-machine hoisting" solution. By precisely controlling the external dimensions of the transported equipment, the cycle was effectively shortened and the operational risks were reduced. After the equipment arrived at the Hong Kong Electric Terminal by sea, it was hoisted onto the shore and placed in its position. The entire operation was stable, the positioning was accurate, and the placement was efficient.
The successful delivery of this project demonstrates HXME's solid manufacturing capabilities and mature project management skills, and also accumulates valuable practical experience for expanding into the high-end port equipment market.
