TQCC-Eureka(ENE): Helping to create a new benchmark for national-level smart factories

The list of National Excellent Smart Factories for 2025 has been announced. The "Intelligent Factory for the Entire Copper Smelting Process" project of Yunnan Copper Southwest Copper Branch, which was jointly constructed by TQCC-Eureka(ENE), was successfully selected, becoming the only benchmark project in Yunnan Province's non-ferrous metals industry to receive this national recognition this year.
TQCC-Eureka was responsible for the construction of core components of the project, including the cathode stripping unit, anode shaping unit, intelligent anode plate storage and transportation system, and intelligent cathode copper storage and transportation system. These intelligent equipment units are interconnected through a central control system, creating a real-time digital twin of the physical workshop and enabling unmanned operation of the production line. Through precise operations and real-time data feedback, production efficiency, product quality, and inventory turnover have been directly improved, resulting in significant cost reduction and efficiency gains.
The success of this Southwest Copper project and its national recognition will further promote the application of TQCC-Eureka's intelligent solutions in the non-ferrous metals industry. Eureka will seize this opportunity to continuously increase its R&D investment, delve deeper into industry needs, and constantly optimize and upgrade its intelligent equipment and system solutions.
TQCC-Eureka will systematically summarize and standardize the successful experience accumulated in the Southwest Copper project to form a replicable and scalable smart factory construction model for the industry, providing more non-ferrous metal enterprises with customized smart manufacturing upgrade solutions.
