It is a special lifting equipment mainly used for the transportation of green and baked anode carbon blocks in the carbon block warehouse, and other lifting in the carbon block warehouse. The automatic stacking crane has three control modes, including automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and has the functions of automatic detection, automatic positioning, automatic judgment of whether the clamp is missing block, automatic judgment of the stacking height of carbon blocks, etc. When automatic operation is selected, the crane receives the wireless control signal from the ground plate chain or other systems, and after confirming the position detection signal is correct, it can automatically complete the corresponding block picking, block loading and stacking work; when semi-automatic operation is selected, after the operator selects the carbon block to be clamped and the target position of the stacking through the HMI in the cab or the HMI in the ground control room, the crane will automatically run to the corresponding carbon block position to complete the block picking and automatically run to the target position for stacking; when the manual operation is selected, the operator completes the corresponding operation independently.
