Slab Handling Crane

Slab handling crane is used to transport high temperature (＞ 650 ℃) slab on the continuous casting production line or normal temperature slab in the finished product warehouse for storage, stacking, loading and unloading operations. The pick-up device adopts mechanical or electric clamps, electromagnetic suction cups and other cooperatiive operations, and designs the rotating device to ensure the maximum utilization of the workshop space. With the help of the intelligent system, such as anti sway control, semi-automatic cruise positioning, etc., it can effectively reduce the wear and tear of the crane, extend the service life, and make the driver more easily complete the difficult tasks, so as to ensure the crane to operate in a better state. The crane intelligent control system can be configured to cooperate with the workshop production scheduling management system to assist customers to obtain operation information, prevent all kinds of unexpected failures, and minimize downtime, so as to maximize crane efficiency.
