Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the fifth batch of service-oriented manufacturing demonstration list, TQCC was successfully selected as one of the list of 110 enterprises in the country, , as well as the first batch of Hunan provincial service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises (platform). This is TQCC once again shortlisted the national honor, after winning the "National enterprise Technology center", "national technology innovation demonstration enterprise" and "national individual champion products".
"Service-oriented manufacturing" refers to the transformation of manufacturing enterprises from mainly providing products to providing products and services, and the innovation of "product + service" business model, which is a new manufacturing model and industrial form of integrated development of manufacturing and service, and also an important means for manufacturing enterprises to get rid of homogenized competition, achieve product value addition and breakthrough innovation. Specific implementation directions include customized services, innovative industrial design, optimized supply chain management, networked information-based collaborative manufacturing, industrial chain collaborative cooperation, product life cycle management, information value-added services, systematic solutions, etc.
