The special crane for copper smelting is specially designed for lifting molten copper and copper slag in the process of blister copper smelting. The key system is provided with safety redundancy configuration. The exposed areas are designed to prevent high temperature and dust. The lifting mechanism is specially arranged to cooperate with the ladle lifting to enter the exhaust fume collecting hood and bump the ladle. The crane intelligent control system can be configured to cooperate with the workshop production scheduling management system to assist customers to obtain material handling information, prevent all kinds of unexpected failures, and minimize downtime, so as to maximize crane efficiency.
